A mad frantic dash to Glasgow on the 4th of August to get an overlooked passport renewed just four days before we were due to set off on holiday - but not ones to miss an opportunity we managed to grab a few pictures in the gap while our application was processed. At this point if you live in Scotland you may want to complain to the Glasgow Passport Office about their so called service standards and customer charter - they took just 2 hours to provide a new passport at short notice after we had been led to believe that it would take a whole day!!!! - due to this efficiency there are less pics than planned.
